I love this dish. It has great taste & is so easy to make.

The mix of food bits & hot bits goes so well. It warms you up & is good for all. It’s not just yum but also full of good stuff. It feeds the whole house.

The vegan stew is tasty, good for you & fills you up. It has fresh food bits, small beans, & good smells.

This stew has both good & sweet tastes, with stuff like brown stuff, hot tree stuff, & dried fruits. It’s all plants, no wheat, no milk, which is good for many.

Have it with rice, small grains, or thin bread. Good to make a lot of & eat for a few days or freeze for later.

Keep it in a closed box in the cold for up to 4 days. Freeze up to 3 months. Let it cool well first.

Add hot bits or a bit of hot red stuff for more heat. For more taste, let it sit some hours; it lets the hot bits sink in. Add more greens like leafy bits for more good stuff.
