I love home made pizza & this crust is the best. It’s easy, works well, & tastes great. It’s soft & chewy. Just right.

One night, I made pizza just for me. The dough was easy to make. I smiled as it rose. The olive oil makes it rich & butter like but has no butter.

I add garlic powder for a kick. The crust is good plain or with lots of stuff on top. It’s a treat for me.

I’ve made this crust lots of times. It never fails. The dough starts soft & gets chewy after bake. It puffs & stays light but strong.

It holds lots of stuff on top. Be it a simple pizza or one with lots, it’s great. You can change it how you like. Make it thick or thin. It’s my go to for a quick, good meal.

So This is How to prepare pizza crust !

Flour

Salt

Sugar

Dry

yeast

Warm water

Olive oil

Garlic powder (if you want)

Flour keeps the dough soft & strong. Salt boosts taste & keeps shape. Sugar helps the yeast work & makes it sweet.

Yeast makes the dough light & a bit tangy. Warm water gets the yeast going. Olive oil adds richness & keeps dough soft & golden. Garlic powder boosts taste.

First, mix warm water, sugar & yeast.

Let it sit. It gets frothy & smells like bread. Mix flour & salt in a big bowl.

Add yeast mix & olive oil.

Stir ’til dough forms, then knead on a floured spot ’til smooth.

Put dough in a greased bowl, cover, & let rise.

Let it double in size.

Punch it down & roll it out. Heat oven to 475°F.

Put dough on a greased sheet & bake ’til golden. Add stuff & bake ’til melty.

I slice it hot so cheese is stretchy. I add a salad or sauce for dipping.

Cool leftovers & reheat when needed.

Water should be warm, not hot. Sticky dough is okay, don’t add too much flour.

Heat the oven first for a crispy bottom.

Bake crust a bit before adding stuff for extra crisp. Brush olive oil on edges for a golden finish.
